Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, API keys, credentials, and any activity performed through them. You agree to provide accurate information and not to: share, sell, transfer, or misuse accounts in violation of these Terms; create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, promotions, restrictions, or enforcement; allow unauthorized persons to access your API keys or account; or circumvent rate limits, quotas, billing systems, or other technical restrictions.

We may require additional verification where necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of the service.

2. The Service

NaraRouter is an AI gateway that provides access to multiple AI models through a unified API. Models available through NaraRouter may be provided by third-party or upstream AI providers. We may add, remove, rename, replace, reroute, or modify models, providers, aliases, capabilities, context limits, rate limits, or other technical characteristics at any time.

A model name or alias displayed by NaraRouter does not guarantee that the same upstream provider, infrastructure, configuration, or routing path will remain available indefinitely. We may automatically route or switch requests between compatible infrastructure to maintain availability, performance, security, or cost efficiency.

3. Pricing, Credits & Promotions

Current pricing is displayed on the NaraRouter website, dashboard, API, or other applicable product interface. All displayed prices are current rates and are not guaranteed to remain available for any specific period unless explicitly stated otherwise. NaraRouter operates with dynamic pricing and may adjust pricing in response to upstream provider costs, exchange rates, infrastructure costs, availability, market conditions, promotional campaigns, or other operational considerations.

NaraRouter may offer temporary discounts, promotional pricing, subsidized rates, bonus credits, free usage, increased quotas, special model pricing, or other promotional benefits. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all promotions are temporary and may be modified, suspended, replaced, or terminated at any time without prior notice. For example, a model whose comparable upstream or official price is $10 may temporarily be offered through NaraRouter at a substantially discounted rate. Such promotional pricing does not create an obligation for NaraRouter to maintain that price, discount percentage, or price relationship in the future.

Changes to model pricing apply to usage occurring after the new pricing takes effect and will not retroactively change charges for requests already completed. Purchasing credits or maintaining an account balance does not guarantee a fixed number of tokens, requests, or model usage. The amount of usage obtainable from a credit balance may increase or decrease as model pricing changes. We are not required to maintain any particular discount compared with pricing published by an upstream AI provider.

4. Plans, Quotas & Fair Use

NaraRouter may provide free plans, paid plans, subscriptions, prepaid credits, promotional quotas, or other forms of access. Plans may include limits such as: token or credit allowances; requests per minute; concurrent requests; daily, hourly, weekly, or monthly usage limits; model-specific limits; fair-use limits; and promotional usage allowances.

Unless explicitly guaranteed in writing, these limits are operational limits and do not represent guaranteed capacity. We may adjust limits where reasonably necessary to protect service availability, prevent abuse, respond to upstream limitations, or maintain the sustainability of the service. Temporary or promotional quotas may be reduced, increased, replaced, or discontinued without prior notice. Unused promotional or bonus quota may expire according to the applicable promotion.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. You are responsible for any taxes, transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges imposed by your payment provider where applicable.

Except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, purchases of credits, vouchers, subscriptions, and other digital services are non-refundable once activated, redeemed, or used. Credits and promotional balances have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly supported by NaraRouter.

6. Acceptable Use

You must use NaraRouter in accordance with applicable laws, these Terms, our Fair Use Policy, and any applicable policies imposed by upstream model providers. You may not use NaraRouter to: conduct illegal or fraudulent activities; distribute malware or intentionally harmful software; attack, disrupt, overload, probe, or interfere with NaraRouter or upstream infrastructure; circumvent security systems, safety mechanisms, rate limits, or access restrictions; obtain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data; resell raw access to NaraRouter without authorization; abuse free plans, promotional credits, vouchers, or referral systems; attempt to identify, directly access, or bypass the upstream infrastructure where such activity is prohibited; or use automated activity intended primarily to exploit pricing, quotas, promotions, or technical limitations.

We may implement automated or manual systems to detect abusive or prohibited usage.

7. Model Security, Extraction & Distillation

Certain upstream AI providers impose restrictions relating to model extraction, distillation, system prompt extraction, reasoning-trace collection, jailbreak activity, or other attempts to reproduce or circumvent their systems. You may not systematically use NaraRouter to: extract or reconstruct hidden system prompts; extract private chain-of-thought or internal reasoning traces; reverse engineer underlying models or infrastructure; harvest model responses at scale for unauthorized model distillation; circumvent upstream safety or security systems; generate datasets primarily intended to reproduce or clone an upstream model in violation of its applicable terms; or perform automated probing intended to discover or exploit upstream security boundaries.

Requests may be automatically filtered, rejected, limited, or blocked when necessary to comply with NaraRouter or upstream provider policies. Repeated violations may result in model-level restrictions, API key suspension, account suspension, or permanent termination.

8. Third-Party and Upstream Providers

NaraRouter depends on third-party infrastructure and AI model providers. Your access to certain models may therefore be affected by upstream outages, rate limits, policy changes, security filters, model deprecations, capacity restrictions, pricing changes, account or regional restrictions, or technical changes. NaraRouter does not control these upstream services and cannot guarantee their continued availability.

Where an upstream provider changes or discontinues a service, NaraRouter may modify routing, pricing, availability, or model access immediately where necessary.

9. Service Availability

NaraRouter is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability. Requests may fail, be delayed, receive rate-limit responses, or become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upstream issues, capacity constraints, security measures, or other operational conditions.

Unless separately agreed in writing, NaraRouter does not provide a contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA). We may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service where necessary.

10. AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them. NaraRouter does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality, or suitability of any AI-generated output. Rights relating to model outputs may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable upstream model provider.

11. Intellectual Property

NaraRouter's software, website, branding, documentation, API infrastructure, and related materials are owned by or licensed to byNara and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use NaraRouter in accordance with these Terms.

You retain rights to content you submit to NaraRouter and, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable upstream provider, outputs generated from your requests.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an API key, model, feature, promotion, or account if we reasonably determine that: these Terms have been violated; our Fair Use Policy has been violated; an upstream provider requires us to restrict access; usage creates security or operational risk; fraud or abuse is suspected; continued access could negatively affect other users or the service; or we are required to do so by law.

Serious or repeated abuse may result in immediate termination without prior notice. Where permitted by applicable law, accounts terminated for fraud, deliberate abuse, security attacks, unauthorized model extraction, or similar material violations may lose eligibility for refunds or promotional balances.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NaraRouter and byNara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service. This includes loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or losses caused by model outages, incorrect AI outputs, upstream provider failures, or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to NaraRouter during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Privacy

Your use of NaraRouter is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, processed, stored, and protected.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page and, where appropriate or legally required, through additional notice.

Changes to pricing, promotional rates, available models, quotas, discounts, bonus credits, rate limits, or temporary offers are operational changes and do not necessarily require an amendment to these Terms or advance notice, except where required by applicable law. Your continued use of NaraRouter after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or relating to NaraRouter or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights provided by applicable law.
